my problem is that i tend to snack off of my daughter's plate, and then eat my own meal. speaking of yogurt...do you like greek yogurt? it's high protein, but you can get a non-fat or 2% variety...i love the 2%. add a bit of honey and some fruit and it's an awesome small meal/large snack.

I have a texture issue with things, too. I don't like cottage cheese texture as it is, but blending it smooth makes it totally different!

For me, I finally figured out that it was the fat free yogurt texture I didn't like, but I do like low fat yogurt and mix things into it like PB2 or pumpkin. It's yummy (especially greek yogurt!)

Oh, I am totally with you there girl! I did the exact same when my daughter was younger.....feed her the good stuff (fruits, yogurts, cheerios, etc.) while I ate the BAD STUFF! However, fast forward 7 yeras and it is different for me today as now I eat that stuff more then her.....she is 9 now and has discovered the BAD STUFF herself! Luckily, the habits I taught her at an early age are still there and she still loves fruits, most veggies, yogurt, etc.
